ELECTRONIC VOTING
ALL DISTRICT ASSEMBLY AND CONVENTION VOTING WILL BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY
All delegates to the District Assembly and Conventions will need to have a unique, valid email address and must bring a device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) with email accessibility. Wifi will be available, but we encourage delegates to use mobile phone data if possible.
Children's Activities
Childcare is available for ages birth to 6th grade during all services and sessions of The Gathering 2026. Check-in will be available 30 minutes before the start of each service/session. Please register your child using the link above.
Lunch Available
Lunch will be available in the CFN Gymnasium beginning at 12:00pm on Friday (July 17th) and Saturday (July 18th).
$17/Adult (Ages 10+)
$6/Child (Ages 4-9)
Free (Under 4)
Meals must be reserved in advance. Deadline to reserve is July 7, 2026.
CRISIS CARE KITS
Let's Fill the Truck at THE GATHERING 2026!
Help us fill the truck! We will be collecting Crisis Care Kits at The Gathering. Bring your kits to the box truck that will parked at the main entrance.
PARKING
Columbia First Church of the Nazarene
Free Parking is available at the church. The upper parking lot at the main building will be reserved for attendees that have limited mobility. Parking is also available in the lower parking lot and an overflow lot across from the church. There are stairs from the lower parking lot to the main building, and there will also be volunteers with vehicles to help with limited mobility transportation from the lower parking lot.
HOTELS/LODGING
There are many hotels within a short driving distance of the church
There are no "designated" hotels for this event. Each church and individual must make
arrangements for their own lodging and accommodations.
