The Gathering is an event created to have a time set aside for teens throughout the district as well as the local community to worship, play, hangout, and be loved on by those who serve and teach them. It will be a nightime experience on Friday, October 1st, 2021 at Columbia First Nazarene. There will be worship led by James Bausum and Chandler Morse, a message delivered by Pastor Nate Barefield, and then pizza, games, and a space to hangout afterwards in the gym. Everyone gets 2 slices of pizza and a choice of soda or water bottle for free. There will be a canteen with snacks and drinks as well. There is a registration process and there is a small price for attending the event, however it is only $5. This charge is for future events and the possibility for raffles, giveaways, t-shirts, rentals, etc. Doors will open at 6pm in the upper building of the CFN campus and the service will begin at 7pm.
