HOTELS / LODGING
Each church and/or individual must make arrangements for their own lodging and accommodations. A small block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn Columbia I-26/Harbison Blvd for a special rate of $105/night.

MONDAY LUNCH
Lunch will be available in the CFN Gymnasium beginning at 12:00pm on Monday, July 15th. Meals must be reserved in advance.
CHILDCARE REGISTRATION
Childcare is available for ages birth to 5th Grade during all services and sessions of The Gathering 2024. Check-in will be available 30 minutes before the start of each service/session.
PARKING
COLUMBIA FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE
Free Parking is available at the church. The upper parking lot at the main building will be reserved for attendees that have limited mobility.
Parking is also available in the lower parking lot and an overflow lot across from the church. There are stairs from the lower parking lot to the main building, and there will also be volunteers with vehicles to help with limited mobility transportation from the lower parking lot.
VOTING
ALL VOTING WILL BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY
All delegates need to have a unique, valid email address and must bring a device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) with email accessibility. Wifi will be available, but we encourage delegates to use mobile phone data if possible.
