Pastor Rachel Medlin
GEtaway 2023 Speaker
Rachel is a pastor, speaker, wife, mom, homeschooler, goat midwife and ex-farmer who hopes to be a farmer again soon. On top of being our founder and lead pastor, Rachel is also the lead pastor at Northpoint Community Church in Beaumont, Tx.
She loves spending time with her family (6 kids and 1 husband ;) and
sharing The Word of God.
She accepted the call into ministry after years of battling a women’s place in ministry. God used her husband to clarify her calling and she stepped out on faith to pursue full time vocational ministry. Before moving to Beaumont in 2018, she was the Community Life Pastor at Houston First Church of the Nazarene. She also served as Northpoint's Executive Pastor for 4 years before become the Lead Pastor. She has spoken at events and gatherings all over Texas and beyond. She works with corporations and leadership teams all over to enhance and deepen the people connection side of leadership.
